Most fixes start with a screen share while you’re still on the phone. Billed in 15-minute increments, with no minimum.
On site
Roanoke is about 40 miles from our base, inside the 100 miles we cover on site. When a cable, a part or a whole office needs hands on it, we come to you.
A one-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments. We tell you the arrival time on the phone.
Managed plans

If a breach exposes personal information about Virginia residents, Virginia law requires notice to the Office of the Attorney General and to the affected residents, without unreasonable delay. If more than 1,000 people are notified at once, the nationwide consumer reporting agencies must be told too.
