Microsoft 365

You’re already paying for Microsoft 365’s security. We switch it on.

Business Premium includes conditional access, device management and threat protection, and it often sits unused. We configure it, report your Secure Score monthly and cut the licenses nobody uses.

The controls

Four layers that come with Business Premium.

Each one closes a door attackers use every day. Configured properly, they work together; left on defaults, most of them do very little.

  • Identity. Multi-factor enforced, conditional access by location, device and risk, and legacy sign-in methods switched off.
  • Devices. Laptops and phones enrolled, encrypted and set up automatically, so a new starter’s machine arrives ready.
  • Endpoints. Threat detection and response on every device, alerting to us.
  • Email. Phishing, spoofing and malicious attachments filtered before they reach a person, and sharing rules so files don’t leave by accident.

The $5 problem

Find the $5 problem before it becomes a $5 million problem.

Most tenant incidents start with a setting that cost nothing to fix: a forwarding rule nobody reviewed, an account that never left. We look for those first.

Then the licenses. We compare every seat against who actually signs in, and whatever you stop paying for is yours to keep.

Multi-factor authenticationSourced

99.22%

Lower risk of account compromise with multi-factor authentication switched on.

We require it on email for every managed client, or we decline the engagement.

What we set up

The parts that are easy to leave on default.

  • Multi-factor authentication enforced, with conditional access.
  • Email protection against spoofing and phishing, plus SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
  • Sharing rules so files don’t leave by accident.
  • Device policies for phones and laptops that touch company data.
  • Secure Score reported to you monthly, with what changed.
  • Licenses matched to what people use.

Migrations from on-premises Exchange, another email provider or a file server are scoped and quoted in writing. Microsoft 365 administration is included in every managed plan.

Questions

Straight answers about Microsoft 365.

Do we need Business Premium?
Not always. Premium adds conditional access, device management and endpoint protection to Standard. If you’d otherwise buy those separately, Premium is usually the cheaper way to get them. We’ll show you the arithmetic for your headcount.
Who owns the tenant?
You do. The top administrator account is in your name, documented, and handed over in full if you ever leave.
Can you move us to Microsoft 365?
Yes: from on-premises Exchange, another email provider or a file server. Migrations are scoped and quoted in writing before they start.
What’s a Secure Score?
Microsoft’s own measure of how many of its recommended security settings your tenant has in place. We report it monthly, with what changed and why.
