Pricing
The price is on the page. No sales call, no surprises.

Managed IT
Per user, per month, month to month.

Terms
The rules we bill by.
- $750 monthly minimum. A small environment costs more per seat to look after, not less, and the minimum is what makes “no minimum company size” honest.
- Month to month. No auto-renewal. Thirty days’ notice ends it, with no fee to leave.
- About 10% less for twelve months. If you commit for a year. Your choice, made on purpose.
- Never billed extra. Remote support, monitoring, patching and everything in your plan. The bill doesn’t move because you had a bad week.
- Hardware and software. Passed through at a margin stated on the quote, so you can see exactly what we add.
- The 15-minute increment is not rounded up for convenience. A 20-minute fix is billed as 30 minutes, not an hour.
Projects
Quoted in writing, before any work starts.
Network builds, cabling, Microsoft 365 migrations and Windows 10 assessments are scoped first and priced in writing. Small jobs run at the hourly rate. We don’t publish a price for work we haven’t seen.
- 01
A 20-minute review
What you run, how many people, what’s in the cloud and what state the security is in.
- 02
A written quote
The plan or scope, the users covered, the fee, what’s billed separately, the term, the notice period and the start date.
- 03
Valid for 30 days
The number on the quote is the number on the invoice.
- 04
A start date you can plan around
Onboardings are scheduled, never squeezed in, so the date on your quote is real.
Value
The arithmetic, not the adjectives.
Three ways a managed plan pays for itself. Each one is arithmetic, a sourced figure, or your own number.

lost to email fraud in 2025
Business email compromise losses reported to the FBI. Multi-factor authentication lowers the risk of account compromise by 99.22%, so we require it. The cheapest bad day is the one that doesn’t happen.
