The IT side of HIPAA, handled and documented.
The Security Rule’s technical safeguards, in place and written down, with systems that keep the schedule moving.
HIPAA Security Rule · 45 CFR 164.312

What’s different here
When the system is down, the waiting room fills up.
Practices run on a schedule, imaging and records that all depend on the network, and on patient data the law requires you to protect.
The schedule is the business
Imaging and devices
Patient data everywhere
Guests and patients on Wi‑Fi
The obligation
Five technical safeguards, and a record that they’re in place.
The HIPAA Security Rule’s technical safeguards, at 45 CFR 164.312, cover five areas: access control, audit controls, integrity, person or entity authentication and transmission security. The rule also requires a risk analysis, and it expects the safeguards to be documented.
We put the technical side in place and keep the records: unique logins, automatic logoff, encryption on devices and in transit, audit logging, multi-factor authentication, and backups that are restore-tested. You get the evidence for your risk analysis and your policies.

We support your compliance program with the controls and the evidence. We don’t certify compliance, and we’re not your attorney.
