Get help now
Something’s broken. Call now. We fix first, talk second.
You don’t have to be a client. $150 an hour, remote work billed in 15‑minute increments, and a straight answer about whether you need us after that.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern. Outside those hours, leave a message and say whether it can wait until morning.

What people call about
If it’s one of these, call.
A person answers in office hours. Outside them, leave a message and say whether it can wait until morning.
A server won’t start
Nobody can reach the shared drive, the line-of-business app or the files they need today.
Email stopped
Not sending, not arriving, or suddenly landing in everyone’s spam folder.
A virus or ransomware
Pop-ups, renamed files, a ransom note, or a machine that behaves as if someone else is driving.
Wi‑Fi or internet down
One office, one floor or the whole building, and nobody can work.
New laptops, nobody to set them up
People start Monday. The machines need to be ready, secured and working.
Someone left, and still has access
Email, files, banking or line-of-business accounts that need closing today.
Ransomware
If it looks like ransomware, do these four things first.
The first twenty minutes decide how bad the next three weeks are. This is the right order whether or not you call us.
Before anyone touches it
- Disconnect it from the network. Unplug the cable or turn off the Wi-Fi. Don’t shut it down.
- Leave it powered on. Evidence, and sometimes the encryption keys, live in memory. Powering off destroys both, and it’s the one step that can’t be undone.
- Don’t pay, and don’t reply to anyone who contacts you about it until you’ve talked to someone who does this for a living.
- Call your cyber insurer before anyone touches it. Most policies require notice, and a claim can be refused if the step is skipped.
Then report it to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov.
What it costs
Published, so you’re not wondering.
A lot of what comes through this number is a twenty-minute fix over a screen share. Charging an hour for it would be dishonest, so we don’t.
- Remote, business hoursBilled in 15-minute increments, with no minimum$150 / hour
- On site, business hoursOne-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments$150 / hour
- After hours, weekends and holidaysAnd anything you tell us can’t wait$225 / hour
- Telling you whether we can helpAnd roughly what it will takeNo charge
Broken, but not on fire
If it can wait until tomorrow, write it down.
Something that has been wrong for a while, something intermittent, or a thing you’ve been meaning to ask about. Send it over and a person will come back to you.
Already a client? Use the client support routes.
Afterwards
A fix is often where it starts.
We fix it, and we write down what happened. If the same kind of trouble keeps coming back, that’s when a flat monthly plan starts to make sense, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it does.
