What we collect

When you send a form we receive what you typed: your name, company, email, phone if you give it, and your message. The risk check and calculators send the result only if you ask us to email it to you. We also record the page you landed on and, where a link carried them, its campaign tags and an advertising click identifier, so we can tell which of our work brought you here.

The email security check

The domain you enter is looked up in public DNS and the answer is shown to you. We don’t store the domain or the result. A counter of checks per network address is kept for an hour to stop abuse.

Where it goes

Form submissions come to us by email, and you receive a confirmation. They’re kept in a lead log on our own server. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing. Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf.

Booking a review

The 20-minute review is booked on a Microsoft Bookings page. Microsoft 365 handles the booking details you enter there (name, email, company and what it is about), and confirmations come from Microsoft as OpsWorq.

How long we keep it

Three years from our last contact with you, then it’s deleted.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses cookieless analytics from Plausible. It sets no cookies and doesn’t track you across sites. We set no advertising cookies. A single session value in your browser remembers the page you arrived on, so a form can tell us, and it’s cleared when you close the tab.
